At Palace of Amigagaa and Royal Tsubaki ®, every item is made-to-order through our professional print partner.

Because each product is custom printed when you place an order all sales are final.

We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations for reasons such as sizing, color preference, or buyer’s remorse for any items sold on this website.

However, we proudly stand behind the quality of every item we sell.

​Damaged, Misprinted, or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged, misprinted, or defective in any way:

1. Contact us using the Let's Chat form within 7 days of delivery.

​2. Include:

Your order number

A photo of the issue

A brief description

​We will work with our printing partners to replace the item at no cost to you or provide a refund when appropriate.

​Wrong Address​:

If an incorrect or incomplete address is entered at checkout, Palace of Amigagaa and Royal Tsubaki® is not responsible for reshipping fees.

A new order will need to be placed with the correct address.​
